Terms and Conditions for Bio-Oil® Mommy’s Healthy Skin & Rewards Promotion
- Bio-Oil® Mommy’s Healthy Skin & Rewards Promotion (“the Campaign”) is organised by Nuvanta Sdn Bhd (“the Company”).
- The Campaign runs from 1 May 2025 until 30 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
- The Company reserves the right to determine/change the commencement and closing date of the Campaign, without prior notice and while stocks last.
- The Campaign is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysians who are a minimum of 18 years old at time of registration, and who are residing in Malaysia (“Eligible Participants”).
- Employees of the Company and its related companies, affiliates, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
- The images used in any promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.
- Eligible Participants must purchase Bio-Oil® Skincare Oil (Natural) 200ml + 25ml pack (“Pack”), available only at participating Guardian Pharmacy (“Guardian”) outlets in Malaysia, within the specified Promotion Period and purchase receipts must be submitted no later than 1 May 2026.
- The list of participating Guardian outlets can be found here.
- The Eligible Participants must create an online Bio-Oil® account at biooilexperience.my/guardian and upload images of the full-length receipt(s) of the purchase of the Pack, where the Guardian logo, date and the description of the eligible purchase must be clearly shown. Unclear images will be rejected.
- Each valid purchase receipt image can only be uploaded ONE (1) time.
- The 1st Eligible Participant to successfully submit the image of the valid legible full-length receipt will be given the ownership of the receipt.
- Details of Eligible Participants must be completed in full and incomplete entries, unclear images uploaded and/or failure to fulfil any of the Terms and Conditions will automatically disqualify the Eligible Participant from the Campaign.

Eligible Participants stand to win the following of their choosing, while stocks last:
Gift No. of Packs to purchase to be eligible for the Gift No. of units of the Gift Jevonbaby Hands-Free Breast Pumps 12 Packs 100 Panasonic Multifunctional Baby Bottle Steam Steriliser and Dryer 8 Packs 100 Bio-Oil® Skincare Oil (Natural) 200ml + Babylove Nursing Pillow 4 Packs 100 - Each Eligible Participant is entitled to redeem ONE (1) Gift only per redemption submission.
- When a Gift is redeemed, any balance of Packs in the receipts already uploaded by the Eligible Participant shall be forfeited.
- After the redemption of a Gift and the automatic forfeiture of the balance of Packs (if any), the counter will reset to zero, and the Eligible Participant can upload more receipts to be eligible for another Gift.
- ONE (1) purchase of the Pack is equivalent to 1 counter.
- After submitting a receipt, the verification of the receipt to add to the Eligible Participant’s counter will take 3 working days.
- Eligible Participants will be notified via e-mail on the success of their receipt submission.
- The Gift will be delivered to the Eligible Participant approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the redemption submission date of the Gift, based on the details provided in the form.
- Eligible Participants may track their Gift delivery status from their Profile page on the campaign website.
- The Company may at its absolute discretion replace any of the mentioned Gifts with alternative items of similar or lesser value, without prior notice.
- The total number and type of Gifts is at the sole discretion of the Company and may change if deemed necessary by the Company.
- All decisions on selected winners are final and not subject to appeal.
- Gifts are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other products, in any form or manner whatsoever.
- Eligibility to receive a Gift is based on the condition that Eligible Participants fully comply with the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
- The Gift will be sent via courier to the Eligible Participant, to the mailing address provided during the Gift redemption process or the stored address in the Eligible Participant’s profile.
- The Company shall not be liable for non-delivery, delays or wrong delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided, and any such error shall not render the Company liable in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to, replacement or redelivery of the Gift.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, defects, malfunctions or any issues whatsoever related to the Gift(s) delivered.
- The Company provides no warranty for the Gifts and the Eligible Participant must check directly with the manufacturer of the Gifts for such warranty, if any.
- When redeeming a Gift, the Eligible Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions and releases the Company from any liability related in any way whatsoever with the Gift.
- The Company reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions, within reason, without prior notice to Eligible Participants, whose responsibility it is to regularly review these Terms and Conditions.
- By registering for the Campaign, Eligible Participants agree to appear in any form of media, including but not limited to social media, videos, photographs, advertisements and write-ups or other materials determined by the Company.
- By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Participants agree to allow the Company to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content/information for promotional and advertising purposes without any form of notice and compensation.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Campaign.
- By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Company from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Campaign.
- By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy Policy
Your details provided will be kept for the use of the Campaign only. We will not sell or share your name, mobile number or email address with any third parties who are not involved in the Campaign.
